Organisational Effectiveness Profiling (OEP) Our internet-based effectiveness diagnostic and associated workshop supplements your business planning processes to ensure sustainable achievement of your business goals.  Organisational Effectiveness Profiling is a unique business process which has been experienced by over 9,000 employees in the past 12 months alone. It is a business improvement process of choice of over 50 consultancy firms globally.

Predictive Performance Profiling (DP3) The Drake P3 empowers managers to effectively match the behavioural tendencies of candidates and staff with the behavioural requirements of specific positions and organisational cultures. Our internet-based profiling process provides an easy-to-understand report which allows you to manage the selection and improvement of your one key competitive advantage - your staff.  

Business Process Management (BPM) Discover what your organisation does by explicitly defining and digitising your business processes, and then managing the lifecycle of improvement and optimisation in a way that translates directly to live operations. Business Continuity Planning (BCP) & Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP) Be ready for the unexpected.  Prevent losses and potential bankruptcy by being sure that your information is safe, and a plan for the fast resumption of business is in place and understood by staff and your customers. Our methodology incorporates risk management components to help businesses of all sizes identify and proritise known or unanticipated risks in their day-to-day activities.  

Tax Audit Insurance (API)  As the Insured, an Accountancy Practice can claim professional fees incurred as a result of assistance given during a Client's Tax Audit. Clients requesting protection under this insurance policy are charged a tax-deductible service fee incorporating a premium component which is forwarded to the insurance company.   

Software Compliance Audit (SCA)  Protect your organisation and its directors from copyright breaches and risk of criminal prosecution.  Ensure you have licenses for software you use and that you don't continue re-licensing software you no longer use.  

Asset Inventory Audit (AIA) Our automated and transparent tracking of assets ensures you have accurate records for challenges including platform/software migration, deployment rollouts, mergers and/or acquisitions, and disaster recovery planning.  

Project Management (PM)  We can provide professionally-certified Project Managers to manage any IT-related projects, large or small. We have a proven record of delivering projects on time and within budget and our experience includes complex projects such as Year 2000 and the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games and others for large and small companies. We can also work alongside your own internal managers and provide mentoring and coaching services in order to help them achieve the internationally-recognised Project Management Institute (PMI) Certification.

Many organisations with whom we have been involved ask us about other services which we do not provide as our core products. Frequently, the need for these additional skills and/or resources were identified through work undertaken by Memuta on behalf of the Client.

Through affiliations with other organisations that complement our services, we have access to over 160 resources with different skillsets that can be utilised as and when necessary.
