Frequently Asked Questions On Drake P3:

How unique can a Drake P3 profile be? Even though it only takes 5 minutes, computing the profile involves more than 14,000 calculations. Statistically, you would need to process for 226,560 people before an exact duplication would appear. Compare that with most other products, which group people into as few as sixteen standard categories.
Are the Drake P3 systems surveys considered to be tests, that my staff pass or fail? No. There are no right or wrong answers to Drake P3 surveys. The survey opens the door to behaviour and personality, so you can tell how well-suited a person is to the challenge you have in mind.
Are the Drake P3 systems statistically validated? Yes. Drake P3 has used statistical research from academic and psychological communities and carefully transposed it into computer language. In a recent study of 800 participants, 96% rate their Drake P3 profile as being over 90% accurate.
How long does it take to generate a Drake P3 profile? Under 10 minutes - and that includes both the survey and computer processing of the results. Other products on the market can take up to 2 hours to administer and a further 2 to 3 weeks to process information.
